Native Mode E-Mailer for Netscape on Windows

1. This is a web based E-mailer workable with Netscape 4.5 - 4.7 on Windows 95, 98 or NT 4.0. "Native Mode" means that this program can not process Japanese mails without Japanese Windows. If you need to process them without it, please connect to Japanese E-Mailer page.
